To customers for who it is not financially vaiable or who are unwilling to have an in-house systems administrator/IT manager we offer exclusive rates for on-call systems administration services. Our experience shows that such an approach alleviates pressure off the customer, allowing them to concentrate on their core business, and saving them a fair amount of money at the same time.

Such systems administration services include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• On-site and remote system administration (with user and rights maintenance, group maintenance, installed software and hardware maintenance, new software and hardware installation)
• On-site and remote network administration (activities as above, focusing on the LAN/WAN system aspect)
• Electronic Commerce and EDI administration and related activities (standard compliance, software administration, trading partners liaizon)
• Backup, mirroring and data integrity administration (on-site, off-site and remote access)
• Systems maintenance and analysis
