All and any software you order or purchase using this system comes with no warranty, expressed or implied. DYSE Corp. will not be held responsible for damages, data or profit loss due to either poper or improper use, or delivery of any software purchased using this system. Orders are usually shipped within 12 hours Monday through Friday, except on statutory holidays (subject to stock availability). Returns are allowed only in original package within first 30 days after date of purchase and subject to 20% restocking fee. Late payment surcharge will be added to overdue ammounts at the rate of 1.8% monthly (based on 21.6% A.P.R.). Amounts aged 60 days from date of invoice may, and these aged 90 days from date of invoice will be collected at our option and your expense and the action reported to your local credit bureau.
Please note, during last three months United Parcel Service (UPS) has sharply lowered their quality and reliability of service, so we no longer use nor recommend using them. Instead, we ship BAX Global by default - it is a bit more expensive, especially for bulky/heavy items, but well worth it. If you insist on shipping by UPS, be advised that YOU will be responsible for not only paying their charges but also tracking your goods and dealing with UPS clerks (our experience shows that it is impossible to talk to someone higher than a clerk at UPS).
